That's a good thing, right?

I may have to get new pants and new belts soon, the reason being that my current ones are becoming too large to wear. This is a new experience for me, since in the past the old ones have generally become too small.

I think that I will always be somewhat overweight, and I can't see myself ever becoming a vegetable eating, getting up at 5 AM to go jogging super-healthy person, but any improvement helps.

While exercise is a useful component of losing weight, it is IMO, only a bit of it. The proper way to lose weight is by managing your diet. By diet I mean the food you eat, not the food you deny yourself. Portion control. Portion control. Portion control.

My wife did Weight Watchers and in the span of about a year, she lost about 50 pounds. Most of that was due to the fact that we cut out most, not all, but most of the high calorie treats. The nice thing about veggies is that for most of them you can eat as much of them as you want and it won't lead you to gain weight. You don't have to go vegetarian, but supplementing your diet with veggies helps with the weight reduction.

Anyways, best of luck on your continued weight loss!

Oh, I know that diet changes are actually more central to weight loss, although exercise has plenty of benefits on its own. Vegetables are a real stumbling block in changing my diet, since I unfortunately hate all of them. That will take a long time to change, I think.

Thank you for your good wishes!
